I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 33 years. Practicing in mental health care settings and private practice has given me a broad base of skills and experience that I apply in a therapeutic setting with individuals, couples and families not only in crisis but those seeking to optimize their mental health and relationship skills. I am both a therapist and a life coach and enjoy helping people live richer more fulfilling lives. I have experience using CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal and life-coaching modalities. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 33 years. I specialize in strengths-based psychotherapy including CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal and life-coaching modalities. I welcome individuals, couples and families in crisis or looking to strengthen their interpersonal relationships and emotional wellbeing. Some of my specialties are with those within the autism spectrum, BPD and developmental life stages and transitions. Having worked in hospital mental health care environments and private practice I have a broad based knowledge of the issues that people struggle with and how to address them.
