Gillian works with children, youth and adults, as well as parents and caregivers. She is trained in EMDR, IFS, IFS-Informed EMDR and Circle of Security Parenting. She specializes in historical trauma and attachment injuries (Including family of origin struggles, emotional abuse, neglect and bullying). Through her work, Gillian strives to support people to connect with all the parts of themselves that could benefit from greater understanding and compassion, in pursuit of inner confidence and calm.
