Cathy Murray is a RSW/MSW Therapist who brings a wealth of experience with children, adolescents and families.  She is  able to help with a breadth of problems including mood disorders, attachment issues, anger management, conflict resolution, and grief & loss. Cathy is a caring therapist who works to further the health and well-being of all her clients. She is skilled in CBT, DBT, trauma therapy and attachment treatment. She helps individuals, families and couples reach their goals, learn new strategies and improve their functioning in daily life.

Summary

Fresh Hope Counselling is available to serve Edmonton and area with two offices, on the west end and south side. Hours are 10-5 M-F with some evenings & Saturdays. We have four Psychologists and a Master's Level Social Worker. Our team of experienced professionals provide counselling, help, healing and support to persons age 6+ to seniors. We work with couples, families & individuals. Our expertise includes eating disorders, marriage problems, addiction, depression & anxiety, learning problems, relationship struggles, grief/loss, parenting, chronic pain, Christian counselling, and more.
