Description
Elyse (she/her) is a RSW and Clinical Traumatologist with a Masters in Social Work. Her compassionate and empathetic nature has allowed her to walk with clients experiencing a wide range of ever changing life events such as relationship issues, co parenting coaching, autism services, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, self harm, suicidal thoughts, family conflict, grief and loss, managing emotions, flexible thinking, coping skills, and supportive counselling. She is passionate about understanding the complexities of trauma and the impact it can have in relation to development and growth.

By implementing an eclectic, client-centred approach, we work with clients to meet them where they are at and provide an environment conducive to self-growth and discovery. Every individual is different, therefore, not every approach is going to work for every client.
