Description
Sydney Sheppard comes to the team with a Master’s of Social Work (Advanced Standing: Mental Health and Health) from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from Memorial University of Newfoundland. At Forging Forward, Sydney primarily uses tele-health to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy such as, CBT, DBT, and ACT. Sydney supports clients through trauma-informed practice and a strengths-based lens. Sydney is also the therapist for the Mobile Crisis Team in Renfrew County.
