Description
Kate began her studies with a BA with the University of Guelph, followed by a BSW from the University of Manitoba. She is licensed in good standing with the OCSWSSW. Kate has trained in CBT, crisis intervention and critical incident debriefing. She delivered ASIST, is certified as a life skills coach (Level 1 & 2), and facilitates DBT skills training groups. You can expect working with Kate to be highly collaborative and client-centered. She uses a holistic approach based on humanist principles and draws heavily from IRest, NT, DBT, and CBT modalities to promote an embodied experience.
