Rachel Hilton is a registered Social Worker at Family TLC. With a graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor, an undergraduate degree in Social Work from York University, & a Community and Justice Services diploma from Sheridan. Rachel works with children, teens, and adult individuals to discover their strengths and supports with creating and maintaining helpful thinking patterns and healthy behavioural habits.
