I focus on making my practice a safe and supportive space for my clients. This provides you the security to explore experiences and emotions with the goal of learning and developing healthy coping mechanisms. I specialize in supporting individuals with relationship issues, depression, anxiety and generational trauma. As an experienced, compassionate and empathetic therapist, I utilize a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with you to help you discover a path to living in a healthy space, enabling you to move forward with confidence in your day-to-day life.
