Krista MacKenzie is a Registered Social Worker offering individual and couples therapy. With 7+ years working in the mental health field, working with individuals experiencing complex mental health concerns, with a focus on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, suicide, anger, and relationships issues. Krista strongly believes that you are the expert of your own life, and she will offer support and tools to help you find your way back to being the healthiest version of you.
