Hi there! I am a Registered Social Worker providing counselling to children, teens, and young adults virtually across Ontario. I approach our work together from a client-centred, integrative, and holistic view; exploring possibilities to support all parts of the self: mind, body, and soul. I have a special interest in supporting young folks who have experienced the death of someone in their life. I also enjoy supporting folks through anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and health and wellness. Together, we can create a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and questions.
