Hello, my name is Erin Walter (McInnis) and for the past 20 years I have been working directly with families in the rawest and most challenging time of their lives. I am a registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW as well as a member with the OASW and APHSW. I am one of a handful of Social Workers to be certified for Advanced Palliative Hospice Social Worker in Canada. Social Worker specializing in Palliative Care and Grief, Caregiver Support, Anxiety, Mental Health and Family Dynamics. Services are provided with online video sessions and/or telephone support for those living in Ontario.
