I bring forth a wealth of experience providing collaborative, strength-based and client-focused care to individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with various issues impacting their social, emotional, and mental well-being. My specialty is supporting neurodiverse individuals and those struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and self-harm, and I also provide support with parenting and relationship issues, eating disorders, self-esteem, social skills, conflict resolution & gender affirming care. I use an eclectic approach including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused & more.

Summary
We are a multi-disciplinary clinic (Psychologist, Clinical Social Workers, Psychotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologist ) providing assessment and therapy to children, teens, adults, and seniors. Many of our clients are neurodiverse or have had some challenges in neurodevelopment (e.g., ADHD, Autism, sensory issues, fine motor issues, speech/language delays). We also help individuals with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-regulation, executive functioning, learning difficulties, and accommodations for school and work.
