I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and their families with a focus on the autism spectrum and ADHD, as well as those experiencing complex mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, suicide ideation and self harm. I believe in collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in a person's life. By working as a team, I ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to treatment that maximizes progress. My goal is to empower clients to thrive and lead fulfilling lives where they embrace their identities and flourish.

Summary
We are a multi-disciplinary clinic (Psychologist, Clinical Social Workers, Psychotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologist ) providing assessment and therapy to children, teens, adults, and seniors. Many of our clients are neurodiverse or have had some challenges in neurodevelopment (e.g., ADHD, Autism, sensory issues, fine motor issues, speech/language delays). We also help individuals with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-regulation, executive functioning, learning difficulties, and accommodations for school and work.
