Description
I have years of therapeutic experience working with youth and adults. I come from a background of working with clients who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, addiction, anger issues, mental health concerns, health challenges, family and social relationship issues. I support individuals throughout their life transitions. I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate approach in my practise. I use a trauma-informed lens and integrative approach to counselling that incorporates my training and application of evidence-based theories that align with your unique needs.
