Description

I work with adult individuals and male/female couples (premaritally and maritally). I specialize in attachment, emotional maturation, and trauma recovery with individuals. I do a sizeable amount of outpatient addictions recovery or relapse prevention work. Maritally, I often work from an Emotionally Focused approach. In Pastoral Counselling, I utilize The Life Model/Thrive as a way of understanding and assessing relational and brain skills and trauma recovery needs.

Initial individual sessions are 1.5 hours long and build off an intake form I ask you to complete and return before we meet.
