Lee-Anne is a clinical social worker/psychotherapist with extensive experience working with youth and adults who are coping with a variety of life stressors including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. Through the years, Lee-Anne has developed skills to incorporate a variety of counselling techniques and philosophies as she recognizes that different approaches work for different people. As such, she utilized CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused/Attachment-based, Narrative, and psychoanalytic approaches, depending on the needs and experiences of the client(S) being served.
