Description
I provide counselling to individuals who have experienced trauma, mental health concerns, or relationship issues. I have worked with many first responders (police officers, firefighters, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, nurses etc.) dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other comorbid concerns. I also enjoy supporting individuals dealing with mental health concerns such as postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety or mom rage during the pre and postpartum period of life. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and empowering process.
