I am a Registered Social Worker joining CW Therapy with over 20 years of experience. I lead with both compassion and empathy, which allows me to develop strong and meaningful therapeutic relationships with her clients. I can support individuals, families as well as children and teens from diverse communities, cultures and sexual orientations. My work has primarily been focused on supporting those who are managing trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression/anxiety, family challenges, and life stressors/transitions.
