Hello! I am a Master's level social worker. I offer individual and couples counselling with a specialty of women's mental health. I offer virtual counselling so that clients can be in their comfortable spaces. I specifically work in the areas of reproductive health / infertility, perinatal mental health, postpartum and birth trauma. I also work with anxiety and the various stressors related to motherhood and parenting. I look forward to meeting you!
