As an immigrant myself, I understand the complexities and emotions that come with adjusting to a new culture and country. This lived experience informs my compassionate and therapeutic approach. I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can openly share your experiences. In our sessions we’ll explore and bring understanding to your experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and work to build resilience and enhance wellbeing.
