Description
Audette is a warm and active listener who believes in meeting people where they are at, doing a collaborative deep dive into what makes them who they are, and empowering them to make changes towards healthier and happier ways of functioning. She believes in intra-personal, inter-personal and systemic change so she seeks to understand challenges from all those dimensions. In addition to having clinical training as a Social Worker with a Masters' Degree, she worked as a Psychiatric Nurse at a Hospital and studies Eating Disorder care as well as trauma-informed approaches.

Summary
We are a group of therapists who are friendly, warm and very genuine though we are goal directed. We work collaboratively with clients to set up and monitor progress on measurable objectives in therapy. We take an ethical view that being real and authentic with our clients allows them to make the best choice, to feel safe and to grow. The clinic head has over 24 years of experience in therapy practice and supervision with a doctoral degree and we often work collaboratively to strengthen our practice. We offer video sessions and some in person at 600 Sherbourne St and 489 College West.
