With over 20 years experience in the counselling field through addictions and mental health, I have focused my career on working with child and adolescents 5-18 with complex needs and their families. When working with this population, I have learned that it is essential for treatment to be collaborative, involve parents and community service providers, as well as address parental mental health issues and trauma so parents can support their children’s unique needs. I have specialized training and experience in this area and it is my passion to work with all or parts of any family system.
