Description
I am a registered social worker with a master's degree in clinical social work. I have over 15 years of experience working in child development and mental health, specializing in treating individuals and families affected by complex mental health and behaviour challenges. In my therapeutic practice, I aim to be approachable and collaborative. I blend a strength-based, client centered approach to therapy with evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Collaborative Problem Solving.
