Description
My name is Sarah, and I am an MSW that specializes in working with children, youth and young adults (aged 11 and older) as well as parents. I help my clients understand and manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic pain, and other mental health concerns, as well as navigate challenging situations, interpersonal conflict, uncertainty, and life transitions. I draw from several therapy modalities in order to meet my clients’ individual needs. It is my aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable space to share experiences, learn life skills, and gain confidence.
