Description
Over the last 11+ years, I have worked with children, individuals, couples, and families in Youth Protection, Teaching/Education, and Community settings. I employ an emotionally focused, integrative approach that draws from strengths-based, motivational, solutions focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I believe through creating emotional and psychological safety in collaboration with clients, it helps to facilitate deeper self-exploration, while working towards client-centered goals
