Description
Over the past 15 years of working with clients, I've been honoured to witness remarkable changes, transformations, and their resilience. Having navigated the Canadian mental health system myself, I've learned valuable lessons that inform my daily practice. These lesson include the importance of advocating for clients while empowering them to advocate for themselves, finding laughter amid struggles as a therapeutic tool, and following evidence based practices. I work with clients who are 18+, specializing in adult mental health and addictions.
