Description
I’m both experienced and invested in providing a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to build a better understanding of themselves, their growth and their healing. I am a proud ally of the 2SLGTBQ+/BIPOC/Neurodiverse populations, and provide both affirming and trauma-informed care. I use a strength-based, person-centered approach to therapy and have sound knowledge in a variety of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solutions-Focused Therapy and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy.
