Description
Youth, adults, and families are supported and empowered to increase self-awareness, navigate emotions, and effectively cope with symptoms to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I work with folks seeking to heal from anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, depression, and relationship concerns. Within a space of compassion and safety, clients can better understand their experiences, feelings, thought patterns, and behaviours. This awareness helps clients integrate experiences, feel more at ease within themselves, develop self-compassion, align behaviours with values, and make positive changes.
