Stephanie is deeply committed to supporting her community's mental health. Originally from Kelowna, her personal struggles with mental health, body image, and disordered eating fuel her passion for helping others. Now in Abbotsford, she continues this mission, drawing from her own experiences to guide others toward resilience and strength. As a dedicated Child and Youth Therapist, Stephanie offers empathetic, client-centered counseling, integrating techniques from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. She continues to empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with courage.
