My practice is open and accepting clients 18+. I offer a warm, pragmatic and skills based approach to help you work through what's troubling you, make sense of things, and start to feel better. I have experience working with a variety of life's challenges, but focusing especially on mental health, relationship challenges, and queer identities. I use supportive counselling, CBT, DBT, CPT, motivational interviewing, and feminist approach therapies.
