Description
I am passionate and dedicated to supporting folks living with borderline personality disorder (BPD), complex PTSD, and various mental health, substance use and trauma concerns. My therapeutic modalities for counselling integrate DBT, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and EMDR. Using a multimodal approach to treatment & drawing on lived experience I’m able to work from a variety of frameworks, including trauma-informed practice, strengths-based, anti-oppressive, polyvagal & attachment theory. As a therapist I bring validation into each session and strive to create a collaborative and inclusive space.
