Hi! Welcome to this lil section about me; I have had the absolute luxury of working with humans from all across the mental health continuum; with over 14+ years in private practice to healthcare & in non-profit organizations! My education started with just a toe dip of obtaining an Addictions Certificate in B.C but ended a few years later with a full deep-water dive into my Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization. I am clinically trained in EMDR, Gottman I-III, and I am IFS informed but to name a few. Step in, lean in & get curious
