Luisa has over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups across the spectrum of mental health and life stressors. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, sexual health, self-esteem issues, body image issues, chronic pain, stress management, post-partum, parenting difficulties and grief. Over the years Luisa has supported clients struggling with cancer and their families to find strategies during critical times. She provides support to clients and their partners who are struggling in their sexual life.
