Welcome! I am Claire and I am a Registered Social Worker with Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW). I hold a Masters in Clinical Social Work along with a Bachelor in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary. My goal is to provide a safe and transparent space for you to feel free to sit with difficult emotions, talk, process and dialogue openly so that you can understand yourself more deeply and find healthier ways of navigating the various "Liminal Space" that we all experience at different times in life.
