Description

Are you feeling stuck, and needing change? The change you’re seeking might be finding inner calm and acceptance, healing emotional injury, or shifting patterns of thinking and feeling. It might include building new ways of relating to yourself and others, deepening self-understanding, or honing your sense of self.

Working together, we can make space for you to find the change you need, at the pace that is right for you. Drawing from a range of therapeutic methods, I tailor my approach to fit your preferences and aspirations, while holding a genuine acceptance and appreciation of who you are.
