Description

Graeme is a Registered Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Waterloo and over ten years of experience in the mental health field.  He has worked in psychotherapy clinics, hospitals, emergency rooms, and in residential treatment centres. 

He is specifically trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In sessions, you can expect to gain insight into how your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours may keep you stuck in mental illness, while also finding ways to help you get unstuck. 

Working together, Graeme hopes to help you live the life you want to live!
