Description
I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy and draw from evidence based theories - attachment theory, CBT, DBT, IFS and self compassion. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss and relationship conflict as well as providing support through life transitions. I believe counselling should be safe and non judgmental, and honor your experience. My clients describe me as compassionate, open minded and easy to talk to. Living in a small community I understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy. My office is discretely located in the historic Lebel Mansion.

Summary
Are you looking to feel more connected in genuine, meaningful relationships? Less awkward in your own skin and more motivated by life? Connection is a human need, essential to wellbeing, unfortunately sometimes certain behavioural, emotional and relationship patterns, that we’re often not even aware of, can get in the way, leading to a cycle of anxiety and depression. That’s where I can help. We’ll work together to discover what's happened that may have caused you to get stuck, and come up with goals and a plan to get you feeling empowered and connected.
