Description
Sydney has extensive experience supporting children, youth and their families through addiction, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Sydney brings energy & passion into each session and believes that every child, youth & family has strengths. She utilizes a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to her work, and applies a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and play-based therapeutic approaches. Sydney aims to provide a safe and comfortable space for her clients to build trusting relationships.

We are a multi-disciplinary healthcare practice. Our team is made up of compassionate and highly skilled professionals who have expertise in providing mental health and behaviour support to children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. All members of our team are fully licensed, and include Registered Psychologists / Psychological Associates, Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers. We provide individual counselling, groups, early-years mental health support, parenting consultation, psychoeducational assessments, and autism assessments.
