Description

Living in a fast-paced society can often make us feel burned-out, chronically anxious, depressed and alienated from those we love the most. Too often, we are "working for the weekend", and when it comes we have precious little time to spend doing the things that bring us meaning and strengthen our most important relationships. I approach mental health issues as arising primarily from our needs being inadequately met by the community and world around us. So there's a disconnect between how we evolved and where we are now.
