I offer counselling services to children, teens and their families. I work through a client and family centered, strengths-based approach and incorporate a variety of therapeutic strategies including play-based therapy, sand-based play, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, EMDR and solution focused therapy.
