I believe in creating a collaborative relationship with clients, who I believe are the experts in their own lives. It is important to me to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, valued, and respected. It is an immense privilege to enter the stories of other people’s lives and I feel deeply honoured to do so. Previous clients have described me as down-to-earth, warm, and empathetic.

Summary
We are an attachment-based, trauma informed practice that believes in working with clients to create understanding around patterns in themselves and others. We want to provide clients the opportunity to get to the root of their difficulties, opposed to short-term symptomatic relief. We believe in normalizing therapy, decreasing stigma and creating an experience that feels like the ultimate form of self-care.
