Feeling overwhelmed, lost, uncertain, or nervous about beginning therapy is so normal. I’ll help clear the path and provide knowledge, expertise, and insight as you navigate life’s obstacles. Erin helps children, teens, adults, and families improve wellness and manage mental health using a client-centered approach with evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, strengths-based work, and DBT.
