I work with all ages and offer both in person and virtual therapy. I am a RSW, MSW. We prioritize a compassionate, judgment free space. We offer a person-centered and trauma informed approach to supporting mental and relational health. Using trauma informed approaches, we can process past experiences and explore how your past impacts how you navigate your current day to day life. Areas of focus often include parenting, self-worth, relationships, trauma, childhood experiences and perinatal mental health.
