Offering in-person and virtual counselling/therapy sessions for individuals. I have experience helping clients with issues related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion regulation, issues with their relationship(s), social isolation, gender and sexual identity, loss, and trauma. Modalities used: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing. By employing an integrative approach to therapy, I find it better assists clients in making lasting change.
