Questioning your self-worth and purpose in life? Are your relationships in jeopardy due to past traumas and life stressors? Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed and don't know where to turn? You are not alone! I believe that people’s stories should be heard, acknowledged and validated, as bottling these stories inside often leads to more suffering. My specialty is working with individuals who experience mental illness, relationship strain, addictions and inter generational trauma. In this trusting and therapeutic relationship, each individual will develop effective and sustainable coping skill
