My goal as a counsellor is to help you to achieve your therapeutic goals and equip you with coping strategies and skills to foster resilience, build on your strengths and inspire hope. I utilize a collaborative approach to sessions, whereby I work with you each step of the way to ensure your input and thoughts are included in creating the most effective intervention plans to meet your unique needs. My practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism, and anti-stigma principles, along with mutual respect and cultural sensitivity.
