Hi! I’ve been a private therapist for over 18 years and in that time have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals with a wide range of issues. I have always been honoured to hold space for people who are wanting to explore the difficult and often challenging circumstances and experiences that life presents us with. I have a diverse range of clinical skills including neurofeedback.
Neurofeedback is a powerful use of technology that allows me to integrate the BRAIN and MIND for a more comprehensive understanding of mental health and more effective treatment.

Summary
I believe it is my privilege to accompany you on your journey towards improved health and happiness. Whether we are doing neurofeedback training, EMDR or tradition “talk therapy”, my primary goal is to create a safe space for growth and healing. Neurofeedback, or neurotherapy, is a state-of-the-art, research-proven, and drugless method for teaching the brain to function in a more balanced and healthful way. Although the technology is quite sophisticated, the process is simple, painless, and non-invasive. It is just learning!
