Description

Sam has resided within Treaty 8 Territory for most of her life. Throughout her career, Sam has witnessed the impact of colonial harm and is dedicated to challenging oppressive systems and actively participating in the process of truth and reconciliation.

Sam values the power of collaboration and non-judgement and adapts therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. She practices through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based lens, drawing from emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy.

We treat anxiety, depression, OCD, school avoidance, low self-esteem, self-harm, relationship conflict, suicide ideation, and more.
