Description
Raised on the homeland of the Mi'kmaq and Beothuk, Amy calls Newfoundland her first home. Since 2012, she has resided on Treaty 8 Territory. Amy is committed to enacting to the Calls to Action outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. Amy is passionate about mental health care and reducing the stigma and scrutiny that people often experience when seeking mental health support. She has received training in cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy skills, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and collaborative problem-solving.

Our practice is devoted to supporting the mental health and wellness of children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We treat anxiety, depression, OCD, school avoidance, low self-esteem, self-harm, relationship conflict, suicide ideation, and more. Above all, we are dedicated to helping people achieve sustainable changes in their lives.
