Michele's (she/her) focus is on assisting you in developing the insight and strategies you need to move towards a healthy life and a meaningful future. She draws from Cognitive-Behavioural and Mindfulness-Based therapies to help you gain clarity about your challenges, identify resources and solutions, and develop skills for coping. She has prior experience counselling individuals looking for support with mental health concerns, grief and chronic pain/illness, parenting concerns, ADHD & Autism and difficult life transitions. She looks forward to helping you achieve your goals.
